With a 10-times faster processor, and double the number of digital inputs, the new QDrive from Quin offers more capability than ever.

Its integrated Programmable Transmission System (PTS) software, allied to a fully digital, high performance processing core, allows easy development and optimisation using powerful Quin control functions - including registration, tension control and complex cams.

QDrive operates with a wide choice of position feedback devices including resolver, SinCos, and EnDat. There are high speed I/O for reference inputs and cam switches, and graphical tuning and set-up software with full diagnostic capability to develop optimised intelligent motion profiles.

Previous QDrive solutions will continue to be supported by Quin.

Fully networked, high-performance controller for two axes of motion.

QControl2 offers machine builders a choice of Quin PTS or QLC (IEC 61131-3) programming environments. Its fast processing core allows expansion for fieldbus networks- Profibus, Devicenet, Modbus, with 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet interface for programming and on-line data access and diagnostics. The SERVOnet network is available for synchronising with additional controllers and drives.

There are fast digital inputs and outputs for registration, cam switches, whilst further expansion I/O are available via CANopen.

QControl2 is ideal for applications such as printing, die cutting, packaging, web tension control and many more.
