New servo controllers with industrial Ethernet

The new E1200 series provide maximum flexibility for connecting to PLCs and industrial PCs, featuring interfaces for the five most important industrial Ethernet protocols: ProfiNet, EtherNet IP, Powerlink, EtherCAT and Sercos III. LinMot servo controllers are compatible with PLCs/IPCs from Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, ELAU, B&R, Beckhoff, Omron, Mitsubishi and many more.

Configuration software - now with Command Table functionality

New Command Table Functionality permits programming of complete motion sequences directly on the Servo Controller. Simple sequences with a few positions or very complex sequences with synchronised motions, decisions and loops may be implemented in a simple way.

The command table accepts up to 255 entries and gives full access to LinMot’s more than 100 different motion commands. Single command table entries or complete sequences may be started by means of external trigger signals or field bus commands. Closed loop force control

Force control for series E1100 and E1200 Servo Controllers offers closed loop force control with resolution down to 0.1N, permitting the application of a constant force with high precision over the whole stroke range - independent of the actual position. Effects of friction, slip-stick and temperature changes are eliminated, whilst very small forces can be applied very precisely

High-clearance sliders for simpler mounting and maintenance-free operation

New high clearance sliders for series P01-37 and P01-48 linear motors are 1mm thinner than standard models.

The resulting clearance between slider and stator is increased to 0.5mm, which makes mechanical mounting simple and permits maintenance-free operation of the linear motors.
