    Quin has achieved re-certification for the globally renowned ISO 9001 standard adhering to the latest, revised 2015 specification. This demonstrates and reaffirms Quin’s longstanding commitment to meeting and exceeding standards when it comes to the quality management of both the products and the services that we provide.

    The ISO 9001 (2015) standard is one of the most regularly updated and respected standards across all types of businesses globally, and places a focus on ensuring that throughout all strategic decisions that are made, above all else the quality, customer support and customer service we provide remains of paramount importance. The standard places particular focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all of our organisational processes, that ultimately help us improve communications, efficiency, and product improvement for our customers. In particular, the 2015 revision of the standard aims to prioritise customer satisfaction above set procedure, through supporting the customer through a product’s life-cycle and through an awareness of product development and compatibility. The standard ensures businesses are attentive to customer’s needs and requirements, and ensures that any product or service development we do, is done in a way that puts improvement, evidence based decision making and the customer at the heart of what we do.
